Tribal Pawn Shop Frontier Dr, Cherokee

Staff could have genuinely cared less about my business. Drove from over an hour west, arrived and the price was completely different on an item than it was 6 weeks ago. Asked for management and they said there was no manager at all here. I told them they the item I was looking at was priced EVERYWHERE online for $30.00 cheaper and they wouldn’t even price match. Let’s not forget no warranty or return policy. I will happily take my business elsewhere and will make it a point to warn people heading to Tribal Pawn, if you expect even the slightest bit of fair treatment or customer service I highly recommend going elsewhere, as I will be taking my business elsewhere as well. The photo in the price tag says $289.99 Now google the value of the same guitar anywhere else. This is my warning for you, save the trip and shop somewhere else.

Excellent customer service and sales experience! Broad selection of firearms as well as hand tools alike. I’ve personally dealt with them on the flip side in a pinch, lowest interest rate in surrounding counties. Ladies & Gentlemen if they don’t have it, you don’t need it. They WILL always have me as a consumer.

I went to all three of the local pawn shops near Cherokee, just to see what they would offer as an experiment. I took $1000 worth of silver to them just trying to find out if they were operating solid businesses or not. This is the one that offered the most by quite a considerable amount. They offered $880.00 for $1000 worth of silver, which is the appropriate amount given they have to make money off of it. There is another pawn shop located approximately 1/4 mile away that literally offered me $283.00 for the exact same thing, and another located just out of town that offered around $500. Tribal Pawn Shop seems to be operated with integrity and I would recommend them 10x over before considering the others near by.

Great place to shop far as I can tell. Respectful and very helpful staff. Fair prices on anything you need and great, fast service. Hard to outclass these folks.

My husband and I have been doing business with Tribal Pawn for many years. The staff are helpful, polite and just good ol country folks. The shop is clean and well kept and we have always gotten a fair price for anything we pawned or bought. We got a better deal at Tribal Pawn than any other place nearby that we checked with and have been doing business with Tribal Pawn ever since. They have a HUGE SELECTION of beautiful jewelry, Electronics, tools and firearms and a lot of things you wont find at any other pawn shop!!! It is definitely worth the time to go browse and look around..you might just find that one thing you been looking for and not able to find anywhere else!
