TD Bank Church St, Bellows Falls

Great people! Our business has been with TD Bank for over 10 years - everything goes perfectly!

I have closed my accounts and will not Bank with a bank that Freezes their Customers Accounts like they did in Canada. never use TD Bank again

I guess most of the time it was just regular polite tellers but then there was some insanity. I have never never never had such a bad experience at a bank. Ever. There was a mistake, I let them know by calling them. (I was letting them know they deposited too much money in my account btw). They didn't help me, they didn't call me back. They locked my account. Okaaay. I tried to resolve it. I've sent a notarized letter to close my account, and they still haven't responded at all. Nothing. It has been over a month. My daughter had a similar issue where they locked her account while she was out of the country, leaving her in an extremely vulnerable position. Don't trust them.

was paid with a check from this bank. Went to cash it and they wanted to charge me $10 because I don't have an account with them. Now I remember why I dumped them as my own bank years ago. They are cheap, hateful, greedy and the staff there are RUDE.

Claim to be convenient but local branch open less hours than local banks and takes longer for checks to clear, even if they are written from other TD accounts.

Terrible bank. One employee in particular, Tyler, total blockhead. Very unhelpful, unknowledgeable, and did not seem to care that he inconvenienced me at every turn. Fire this man.

By far worst experience I travel all over new england been a td customer 20 year I will be pulling my accounts after my experience on 4/3/21

They charge to cash checks that are drawn off of td bank. Who dose that? Lol

Everyone that works at the bank is extremely helpful. Hometown feel for your banking.

The staff here is amazing to people mainly. They will go above and beyond to answer your questions and handle anything you may need
