Ali M1I would definitely not recommend going to this place to sell your jewelry and probably buy as well. I had some jewelry I'd hardly worn and was very up front that I didn't even know if it was real and said I'd love to know if I'm wasting my time trying to get any money from it. The lady who looks over the jewelry didn't say much of anything as she looked over and weighed it, even when I asked questions. She offered me 80.00 for all three peices but luckily I held off and when I got it appraised the next day I found out I had about 2000.00 worth of jewlery and just one of the peices I was offered 100 for just the gold. These people saw a sucker when i walked in and took full advantage, I was very disappointed and would recommend you steer clear of them.

We have many happy customers on both ends and wonder if a misunderstanding was the cause of your dissatisfaction? When we look at an item we do evaluate it and buy or trade depending on gold prices, silver prices, stone value and also according to whether or not it's something we already have a lot of in our store for sale. Everyday is different and we also offer trading as an option which quite a few customers take because we will go up to double in trade. Again, we are so sorry for your experience and thank you for taking the time to let us know where we are lacking. We are always looking to grow and better our business.
