America Dodd1Very bad customer service. Spoke with employee over the phone. Did application and was told ot needed to be sent off for approval and he would call me back matter the decision. It is now 5 days later and I have heard nothing from them. If you are looking for good customer service I would not chose this company.

Richard Dillon2Employee s are super nice and helpful. Company I don't understand, you can't get paid off every time you make a payment the. Total didn't change, one month the payoff one amount next its 150.00 more. How's that work? In a year total changed $3. That's it then when ask about it total went up a hundred dollors. Sorry just don't understand how you get that paid. But girls work there are really nice. Can't beat the customer services.
