We had some tricky stuff happening with my mortgage and HOA, and they worked through everything with me, were super responsive and on top of things. they made so many errors. refuse to communicate during and then have clients figure out companies problem. toné closer assistant Forged new account info and then the Closer committed wire fraud. they do not verify wires so if you want your tens of thousands of dollars when you sell you home go with literally any other title company.
