I've had nothing but great service from this store. Don't listen to these "bad" manager reviews. The manager and all staff have been very polite and helpful to me and every customer I've been witness to. This store has never sold me a item that didn't work. Fall River pawnbrokers at 1475 South main Street sell you items that don't work and then refuse to offer exchange or refunds its absolute horrible business and way of treating customers!! Shame on this business for treating people like this and doing that kind of business! I couldn't go back the following day due to no vehicle that day and I had both my kids. You would think they would have some sort of compassion and customer service since this was the second remote from the same transaction that wasn't working, but not at all! They stiffed me 25$ and a broken ps3 remote. Poor poor service and horrible people for doing so. Take your business to New England Pawn. They have always been great and respectful!! I would if originally bought from there but they didn't have any remotes, I'll forever wait next time.

Wicked awesome place friendly professional service and was willing to work with me on payments. Me and my fiancé put a ring on layaway and was pleasantly surprised when they had a sale going on it ended that day and they still gave us the sale price. Dylan is exceptional and is always wicked sweet and kind. Highly recommend this pawnshop out of them all in the city.

Never had an issue. They are always friendly. Very clean place. The only thing I dislike it when u get a load. U can’t make payment. Like a layway like he guy explained to me cause when I did try. To make a paid bet. It’s not allowed I have to pay it in full. . If I had that kinda of money I wouldn’t have got a load. You know what I mean but I think she should change that. But hey it’s the only problem I have with them. O n there’s no bathroom. For customer. Lol don’t blame them. People might get High and. OD. In the bathroom. But. Very nice people. Always smiling. Clean place. Got a lot of iteAms to choose from something are very over priced. But hey it’s there living. U have to understand u can’t knock their hustle

Bought a 50 in smart tv. Got it home to find out there's no way to download anything in it. It has Arabic apps and etc in it. When I called they refused to take it back or even trade for another which I'd pay the difference for. I wasn't told about having to call back in 24 hrs and it wasn't on any signed paperwork, and it STILL hasn't been 30 days. I wasn't able to speak to the woman that sold it to me, they said it was me that messed with the tv, the manager yelled at me and hung up. They burnt me for $266 after 9 yrs of service.

Horrible horribe place to go to. If your trying to sell your most expenisive things do not go here you will waste your time. The 3 ladys that work there have horrible customer service skills and offer you the lowest price for the item your selling. I went some where else and got the money my item was actually worth.

I pawned a diamond ring before the pandemic Not realizing they were considered "essential " I stayed home during lockdown and payed my Bill's over the phone 1 and a half mo later no letter no phone call, I call them and they tell me not only was my payment delinquent but my ring was sold DURING Coronavirus they say they were open the whole time, well that's nice because I was doing the right thing my not going out, they never even called, just sold my ring during a pandemic this company is disgusting

New England pawnbrokers at 1475 South main Street is no good it is run by a crooked manager she also had problems when she was on Pleasant Street that's why they moved her she's very sneaky unfair a sneaky isn't even the word for it I bought things there couple were stamped 925 sterling silver they weren't they had a pair of my daughter's 14 karat gold yellow cross earrings that were given to her at her baptism they pushed them and Bentham and did nothing about it the earrings were 30 years old also yellow gold chain of mine kinked and broke said they weren't responsible their prices are high quality not good you can find things brand new for the same price if not cheaper again watch out for the manager short fat their price

Very unfriendly. Offered me barley any money for my diamond earings. I went to Pawtucket Pawnbrokers down the street and got double what Fall River Pawnbrokers offered!! I will never go to Fall River Pawnbrokers again!!

A whole bunch of thieves all they do is contradict themselves you bring high quality items in there and they want to Rob you but go ahead and turn around and sell it full retail which they say they don't do I understand they are a company that makes money by going items but damn one thing is making a fair price and it's another robbing the people that go in there in need of some quick cash for rent food etc. The manager is extremely rude and obnoxious she never lets you get a point across all she does is open her big mouth thinking she's right but all she does is contradict herself horrible customer service never again
