They are super friendly and easy to work with, and anytime I've had a problem they've fixed it. Also, it nice that they're a small bank because wait times to talk with someone over the phone are almost non-existent.

Debbie Beal1no customer service on the weekends, they intentionally lock you out of accessing your account if you don't use it very much. do yourself a favor bank somewhere else.
