Just traded a gun yesterday for shotgun. Received a fair value for my gun. These guys are great. They always have had more inventory than anywhere else in the area. They have handguns, hunting type of rifles and shotguns, and lots of AR's to choose from. They have guns in all price ranges from moderate to high end stuff. Used and new. I have bought guns here for several years and highly recommend them.

Twice we've been to this store and they've sold items right out from under people. Today we called ahead about an item. They had two and he said it would be no problem to hold one until we drove there from Martinsburg. We gave our name, and left to get there. We were there in about 45 minutes and they sold it. No more in stock. The first time, our friend and his wife were both buying guns. They picked them out at the store, the guy boxed them up and stacked them together while background checks were run. They brought them out and rang them up. My friend paid and then opened his box and it was a totally different gun ! The other guy had picked the box out from under my friends wife's and sold it to someone else. Then put some other gun in the stack. He had to get a refund and pick out something else. These guys need to communicate or have a system of some sort. Don't sell something while a background check is being run. Don't tell someone you'll hold it until they drive that distance and then sell it to someone else. We won't be back !!

I love this place. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I have purchased 2 firearms from them, and will most likely be purchasing more. No pressure sales, they answer all your questions, and they are just all around hard working honest business people, and they will also have my business. Customer service is top notch. Keep up the great work guys!!!!

Came in here to check out some guns for my 10 year old who knows way more than I know about guns. Didn't buy a gun yet but I left the shop knowing which one I want to purchase. The guy behind the counter shared with me which gun he personally got for his son, that is around the same age as my son. He even showed me a video of his son using it. I don't live in W.V. but I would definitely return here to this store and purchase the gun here.

Great prices and great service. They post their new inventory daily on facebook which is awesome. Worth the drive out to Berkeley Springs. Highly recommend them.
