American State Bank E Main St, Lamoni

This a great little bank! The ladies that work behind the teller desk are wonderful. I have opened a personal account for me and one for my daughter and just opened up a business account with today on 1/25/22. They are very quick at this and explain everything to you. I would recommend deal with this bank any day. They are so nice and helpful. Better keep these gals and pay them well

American State Bank provides excellent customer service! They offer all of the banking features you could need or want with a small town feel. John and the Lamoni team are extremely attentive and truly make you feel like your business is appreciated!

Randi was so friendly and made me feel so at home. I just moved back to small town life and she reminded why I’m back. It’s a small town bank with city amenities.

Alysha was absolutely great to work with. She is quick to respond and was very accommodating to our needs. I truly felt as though she was looking out for our best interest. My husband and I will no doubt continue to do our financial business with ASB and Alysha in the future.

DIANE at the Lamoni Branch is a total rock star! My wife's account was fraudulently charged things she didn't order and she was kind enough to help get this all cleared up. We've bank at alot of bank but none has ever went the extra mile like her she should be celebrated with her outstanding customer service sorry for the long post but this kind of service is very rare. The American Bank Staff , John, Diane,Cheryl, Randi and Alyshah, in Lamoni, have always treated us like family. On our many years of banking, this has been the best experience we ever have had with a small bank or big bank for that matter. When I call they recognize my voice ( I don't even have to identify myself) and always go above and beyond to help with whatever we need. After 30 plus years of customer service, it was nice to find ASB, a bank with great customer service, a bank that cares. What a blessing!!!
