      I have found Align to be a very inconvenient credit union. I use them primarily for my small contracting business, and there are daily drawbacks to using them when compared to my previous credit union. First, there is a $1000 daily limit on their business debit cards. This requires a daily call into the 800 number to ASK for an increase to purchase materials etc... As I write this review, I have been on hold for 26 minutes! How can I run a business like this? Second, once the daily limit has been raised, it expires just after 4:30pm or so. Once it resets, you will be denied for the rest of the day. For example, once you return to the office and attempt to pay bills, or buy a meal on your way home from a long day, you will be unable to do so. Their solution to this problem is only to apply for a credit card. As a young business, trying to build credit, I was denied the only solution they suggested. Don’t get me wrong, they are very friendly, but that doesn’t keep my business running day to day. I will be closing my accounts and moving somewhere else more business friendly.

      Very poor customer service, I have been a customer since 1990. Over the years Align credit has endured many changes, names, policies and service changes and I stayed. But I have to say in recent years I have experienced very poor customer service and poor follow up on Multiple occasions. I've also had issues in the past with, online Banking, Credit cards not functioning correctly, holding Payments. The credit union is owned and supported by its members and I believe they have forgotten that. I'm sad to say You should not allow them to manage your funds or credit needs as you will be repeatedly disappointed. I've already moved else where with another credit union so I understand and see the difference in quality and customer service. If your having or had problems at Align Credit union your not alone.

      I have been banking with Align for almost 5 years without any issues at all, then out of nowhere, and without any kind of prior notice, a lengthy and complexed Terms of Agreement page appeared as I tried to long into my account. I didn't want to be bothered with it at that time, so at the bottom page there were 2 choice boxes. 1 to accept terms and the other to cancel. I pushed cancel which kicked me out of the log in account. I didn't know what to think having no prior notice, and thought I was being hacked into and if I agreed to this my money will be gone forever from my account. Tried several times with the same results and said to myself Great I Can't Get Into My Account. Started to read the complex terms and after what seem to be 100 pages of this complexed stuff, I said Nope not doing it ! Called the office and a young woman answered saying that I have to agree with the terms to get into my account. Contacted the manager and after a week later I still can't get into my account online. Very Frustrating, will be closing my account with them

      I have been with this bank for almost 5 years now, back from before the name change, of NMTW. When I think of this bank I am pleased with the facility itself and I am satisfied by the professionalism and environment within the bank. The online banking system is where things are flawed. I have both online banking and the Aligncu app on my phone. I constantly have issue signing into my account with the response of, "entering the incorrect username or password". The system is flawed because ever since this issue began to continuously occur, I made it a point to write down my login information, to avoid a mistake on my end. However, that still has not helped and even when I enter in the correct information, I have to go through the entire process of "Forgot password". This is a huge timely, inconvenience and needs to be addressed. More so, there lacks assistance to customers when the credit union in not open for operation, typically 8-5. Customer service could be helpful in this circumstance whether there was a 24 hour calling service or an online chat aide. In addition, the app goes through the forgotten password process by asking security questions in which are not answered through the online security questions or not applicable to the user.

      Love this credit union !! Very professional , helpful , and attentive to each customers needs . In addition , they are very generous to each community that they serve. The institution is Not stuffy or uncaring . They want each member to be successful with reaching or acquiring their financial needs.
