      The Staff at ace is awesome, I love Ms. Stephanie she is always helpful always willing to answer my questions she makes paying Bill's less painful

      I was at ace cash express 11/ 1 friday to pay my rent&utities,anyways i said the amount to michael who works there i specially told him $155.00 for rent&i told &47.00. For utilities plus $3.00 fee i got my receipt&looked at it,i told him in a nice way that he made a mistake he refused to fix the problem&so did the other person name stephanie who came before i left upset,michael who works for ace cash express had an bad attitude he told me it was my fault ,we both got intointointo

      Very good service !! Nice and friendly and very helpful ,Leanne and Steph are awsome !Super friendly and know what they are doing ! I would recommend this place to everyone !! This is the only place I cash my checks !!!

      Went in to check on a loan and to send money to my grandson and the staff there was very informatics and helpful but most of all friendly will go back again

      Went to cash my check. Apparently it came back as it couldn't be cashed because the addresses didnt match. She wouldn't call to verify with payroll or anything just said by the time she got through payroll would be closed. Mind you I have cashed checks through the same company with them before. Went to the location on Broadway and Mansfield and they were able to cash it no problem

      They were going to send me to collections over 3$. Called me over & over to remind me of the 3$ being past due. I was gonna make the payment on my next due date bc I didn't have change & they wouldn't accept me debit card. First & last time I'll loan with these guys.
