    “Wow what a terrible experience. Tried getting a mortgage here. Already had a car loan with them so figured should be easy let's do this. Went through the online seminar they offered all seemed well. Then I met Coral Lane.... My loan officer. Do you enjoy being talked to like your bothering someone? Do you enjoy getting no replies to any emails you send? How bout not getting call backs after leaving multiple messages? When I did eventually get her on the phone you could tell she had no interest in helping me and probably had not even bothered looking at my application. In fact she sounded very annoyed. This is after 2 weeks! 2 weeks wasted. Why not just tell me you didn't want my business? My realtor was shocked and recommended someone else who had my loan figured out in 3 Days!
