    As an extremely loyal customer of BMO Harris for almost 40 yrs (was called M and I(Marshal and Isley) before that was called Great American )I must say that I am thoroughly disgusted with BMO HARRIS BANK for many reasons. First and foremost,they have done absolutely nothing to keep me as a customer. No perks whatsoever. All the people,I was familiar with have quit,leaving not only brand new faces,but inexperienced as well. A few weeks ago,I had brought in my collected change,and in rolls. The woman in the drive thru clearly did NOT want to deal with me. She handed me back the rolls and said,they were not filled correctly,and some had too many coins. She was rather rude to me regarding her demeanor,not to mention ,it took her forever to come to the window,and furthermore,there were 3 more tellers just standing around conversations with each other.Granted it was about 4:35,but the hours of operation were until 5 pm. These same newer staff members do not seem very knowledgeable and frequently,I have left feeling very frustrated with the service,along with the lack of enthusiasm overall. Instead of trying to offer any positive benefits,bcuz there are none,I have withdrawn most of my funds and placed them into a different reputable bank,where I feel well cared for,along with added benefits to my best interest,and employees that go out of their way to make sure alll my needs are met,and with a pleasant and professional manner.They go out of there ways to keep my as a valued customer,instead of just somehow taking my money. What a complete shame it is to have been a good customer for so many years,however,despite,bank staff could care less how long I have been a customer.The only reason why I still have an account at BMO,is bcuz they are very close to my house.However,this too,will be changing soon,as I’d rather drive the distance to feel respected,and treated appropriately,versus even being treated “snotty “, on 2 separate occasions,by newer staff. I would like to think that perhaps Corporate would like to know how their customers feel about getting financial needs met or not. One other disappointment is in the past BMO had a program to help prevent overdraft,(cannot remember the name of it),but there is NO SUCH THING ANYMORE! I am quite sure, that I am not the only one that feels this way,regarding the many changes,and not for the better either. What is the point of having any accounts with BMO,if they could care less about keeping their customers,thus minus any kind of incentives,etc. Maybe,perhaps,they will just fold in the very near future,with so many other institutions that rank so much higher in all departments,and strive to be kind,have courtesy,and act professional,along with some,even small incentives to show your customers how much they are valued and to be sure all their needs are being met. I have wanted to write a review for a long long time,but figured ,nobody would even care enough to even address or read it. I guess,if enough people pull their funds out and go elsewhere,after it’s too late,perhaps then BMO will become wiser to this chaos.
