The process was pretty smooth all around. I do recall them asking more questions in comparison to what a bank or credit union would ask, as I’ve taken out other loans from said places in the past. But this place is pretty legitimate. It is very nice you can pay whatever amount you want anytime, in person or over the phone via debit card. You save a lot in interest that way. Noel was always so nice, friendly and helpful..very professional as well. Their service is awesome, many know my name when I come to the drive through but the BEST feature that no other bank does, If my account goes under (negative) during the day as long as I put money in the account to cover my debts by, I think it's 6pm, there are no overdraft charges. I tried Associated Bank for a brief time 5 years ago and had seven overdrafts even though there was money in the bank, Associated Bank is a HORRIBLE bank. Will never bank anywhere else as long as I live around Madison.”
