The “Loan Senior Advisor” Belinda handled my loan and opened up my first credit card for me too. It took all of 3 and almost 4 months to receive my registration for my car, my plates, and my tags. It took so long that I got letters in the mail from the State telling me that if I waited one more month, my drivers license would be suspended. This experience is not just my own. My partner cashed in his IRA… or… tried to, at least. He presented the correct documentation and his money was put on hold for over two weeks to “verify” it. At the time of this review, we still have not received that money in his account. In addition, any time I go inside for some help, the ladies at the front desk act like I’m wasting their time. They’ve never had manners and I am always dismissed by them. In my experience, this is the worst bank I’ve ever been a part of.
