They are only trying to get fees from you and making sure they can make the most money from you. They don't care of customers loyalty. Their employees that aren't trained well, continuously can't give an answer or mess things up. Never seems to get fixed. Most smaller banks/credit unions work differently in regard to having a better connection with their customers, particularly when you are a very long time customer. Not them. (They respond saying to reach out to them, clearly knowing who I am, so they already know the issue, and tell me they want to resolve the issue, yet won't resolve? And they don't just call me? Also saying that i did a review already, don't think I did, is this to make it seem like 2 of their bad reviews are just one to make them look better?)”
