They told me one thing, had to be transferred to customer care and the person there told me the banker was wrong and it wasn’t how it worked. Unreliable information, definitely feels like they’re trying to trick their customers so they can squeeze money out of you. The banker at the beaver dam location I had to talk to first was EXTREMELY rude! She started yelling at me and talking over me. No idea what her name was though as she never said it. Will definitely be closing accounts and going elsewhere.”
