Very annoying and I had to call the Twin Lakes branch to find out that for some reason, they no longer had my correct phone number. I asked who I can talk to in order to reduce how often their system wants to call me with a code so I can get in to my account. The number I was given to call put me through many different options of numbers for me to push but did not get me to a live person. I was on hold for a live person for over 15 minutes and finally gave up. Associated Bank's on-line banking gets zero stars from me. I am about ready to move my account to another bank.”
