Her customer service and eagerness to assist all customers is unmatched, she is truly a blessing to this organization. Whenever I would call, phones were answered, there were no discrepancies from what she said she would do, Ms. Tammy always performed (outperformed) if you asked me and its going to be a sad day as I have just found out that she will be leaving the location. That's going to make a lot of people upset! You guys should have did everything to keep her, she was truly a blessing to this business, me and fellow patrons. She will truly be missed, once I locate where she is going I'm moving my business with her, I will no longer be doing service at this branch.”

First, my card was blocked because of a unauthorized purchase and then I had to call their 1-800 number and speak to 10 different people. No one of could resolve the issue and they all had told me that my card is fine and it should be working. Some told me that they didn't see anything wrong with my account..which was odd. My card had been blocked for 3 days and each time I got a run around regarding my own debit card. When you try to talk to them they try to get you off the phone as fast as possible and then when you try to use your card it gets declined. Bayport customer service and their team of people who work in the 1-800 number are absolutely horrible. Horrible at unblocking your own card and being able to use your own money. Just downright it amazing how each of them had lied and told me my card was fine. Thanks a lot Bayport”

I don’t see how a 15 minute window would help at all because if a person is desperate enough to pull a robbery they would probably be willing to wait regardless if it’s 6:55p or 7:05p lol.”
