I was told by a rep that you are charged interest per day x the number of days between each payment, and the daily amount would decrease as the balance does. Well, after learning this I made another large payment within four days and it seems that Im still being charged that same daily prior to me paying. I am taking steps to report and have ONE MAIN FINANCIAL audited by their licensee, state and appropriate governing entity.”

Eventually my funds were deposited, but why put someone through all of that. Proper training needs to be provided, because that is unacceptable.”
