I called the virginia beach blvd office to ask about standard practice when doing applications, and telling her about my experience with the lady on the phone. She apologized but i am still upset because had she asked some more questions then we probably could have gotten things a little bit more clearer. I just wrecked my car about 6 weeks ago and i have been having issues getting that company to update there records to so it was a total loss and i don't have the vehicle. It messes with my debt to income ratio of course but any who.. Don't waste your time on this company because they are not wort the effort especially to take a credit pull of a half a** job... I will be disputing it that first office very unprofressional!!!!”

Just as the other reviewer posted I’m going to pay and be done with them permanently. Also beware of taking loans out with them; if you receive a check in the mail do not, I repeat DO NOT cash it, As I did this. They will call you to DEATH, then take you to court even after communication. Oh and how can I forget, they’ll put a freeze on your account too, even after knowing your situation. No sympathy what so ever, all about getting their money ONLY. Again please be careful, I wouldn’t want you all to go through what I went through. Also this was all done in a span of 3 months of taking out the loan. Just go through a REPUTABLE BANK if need be. Stay blessed all 🙏🏽”
