I feel like this is classic bait and switch, I should have went to a credit union...Do not get loans from here, upstart, or lending tree it's all a scam; predatory lending making you think you'll get the loan at a rate you can afford and then switching it to a rate you can not afford. With rates at 30% you diminish the borrower's abilities to repay the loan and it becomes strictly beneficial to the lender. Also be mindful of mile-long fine print during pre-qualification usually hiding at bottom of page or hidden in various links.”

I received an email saying that I said someone was deceased who is alive. I never had that conversation with anyone in that office. And question about why I would pay my own family's taxes. Then they told me that I owed them an additional fee. I don't mind that but I wanted a full search. I emailed them on certain names, incidents and dates. All of which was ignored. I don't need surprises. The majority of what they sent me, I already had. Judging from the reviews that I am seeing they are good for doing closing but not title work. Maybe they should stick to that.”
