Randy is highly unprofessional when it comes to collecting. He's the defintion of a high pressure collector! Yes, they will get you money in your pocket quick for a high price. They charge the max amount for a merchant fee to run a card payment. They do disclose this yes but it adds up overtime. My experience is as follows: Randy assisted me day 1 and was happy to provide the loan. Made payments and month over month the interest consumed everything. Had something impact my families income... And was falling behind on payments. Anytime I was late to make a payment. Randy would text and call before 8 AM on several occasions. To the point he arrived at my house...To get a payment. Continued to make the payment for the next few months they were late... So I'd continue to get calls and threats of "corporate coming to my house". When I stated coming to. My house will resolve nothing. In all, I personally had to file bankruptcy. I provided Randy the attorneys number when I filed. He decided to show up at my house to "get keys or call a tow for $400". Resulted in him calling the attorney from my driveway and he got the information he needed drove away. Save yourself the headache and avoid title loans... Or go to a bigger chain where they are willing to work with you.”

Why bother asking me so many times from lender and agent? I can only assume to penny pinch, saving whatever part of the fee I paid for their services. Being inconvenienced and having my time wasted is aggravating at best. When I asked why this was with the person who handed me the checks, he said "I don't know." And it was left at that.”

He explained all the paperwork and charges and everything like that very well in a way that made since and we got me approved and i walked out with the money i needed to get the repairs i need on my car to pass emissions thank u so much lend nation but a special thanks to Riley for putting in the extra to help someone out i give five stars to this guy and five stars to lend nation for hiring him! I came in for just a quick loan like the sign says and she was being very short with me and basically threw my ID back at me! I will be looking for corporates number and reporting her! DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! if you really need the money you are better off finding a location where they are understanding and kind. Not only did she make me feel little for even going to ask for a loan but she made me feel humiliated and embarrassed! Id rather drive to the furthest location then come back here!”
