Upon walking in, we were met with disapproving looks from the assistant Manager when we asked to meet with her. In a very rude tone, she told us that it would take at least 24 hours. We told her that we wanted to start to loan process and her response was that it it would "take a long time, like 4-5 hours" we told her we would wait as the seller of the vehicle was with us. The seller was also fine waiting. The attitude from this loan officer was extremely rude. She tried multiple times to get us to leave and I felt like she did not want us to do business with them. With in only a few minutes I told my wife that we will never come back and bank here. We did wait 4 hours, the loan was approved and we left with many questions in regards to the loan. We never felt welcomed and felt much like we were a burden and inconvenience to this loan officer. I have a few family members who work in banks, so while the loan process was proceeding I was texting them my questions, as I felt every question asked to this loan officer was met with minimal response and hostility. We could not get out of there fast enough. Upon completion of this loan, I will be closing all accounts and moving banks.”
