I learned that they don't care about what is going on in your life. They may pretend but their actions speak louder than their words. I've told several people as well as the regional manager my problems and all they care about is when they will be getting their money. I have been asked what the problem is with me being and that they can help me but when I tell them, they offer no options as to how they can help. You will see a lot of reviews on how great this company is. But I recommend if you can go elsewhere for elsewhere. Find a company that will care about you as a customer because clearly this one does not.”

Randy is highly unprofessional when it comes to collecting. He's the defintion of a high pressure collector! Yes, they will get you money in your pocket quick for a high price. They charge the max amount for a merchant fee to run a card payment. They do disclose this yes but it adds up overtime. My experience is as follows: Randy assisted me day 1 and was happy to provide the loan. Made payments and month over month the interest consumed everything. Had something impact my families income... And was falling behind on payments. Anytime I was late to make a payment. Randy would text and call before 8 AM on several occasions. To the point he arrived at my house...To get a payment. Continued to make the payment for the next few months they were late... So I'd continue to get calls and threats of "corporate coming to my house". When I stated coming to. My house will resolve nothing. In all, I personally had to file bankruptcy. I provided Randy the attorneys number when I filed. He decided to show up at my house to "get keys or call a tow for $400". Resulted in him calling the attorney from my driveway and he got the information he needed drove away. Save yourself the headache and avoid title loans... Or go to a bigger chain where they are willing to work with you.”
