The car was my mothers and was financed from SFCU, and of all the awful things my mother has had to deal with, none of it compares to how horrible this bank has been treating her. Insurance and our lawyers have practically guaranteed to pay them what they’re due from the car, but they continue to harass my mother and even froze her bank card because God forbid an insurance claim takes more than a couple months to resolve. All this while she is struggling with the loss of a child. If I could give this bank anything lower than a 1-star, I would. I do not recommend that you or a loved one bank with this org.”

Two days later I entered Speedy Cash 3 blocks from my house to see what I can do to get another card or temp card something but was told no I had to wait for my replacement card 7-10 days from when I reported it lost. I had no gas, no money, nothing I was stuck. Well I called Speedy Cash main number desperately trying to find a way to get some help on a card now. I was transferred to Speedy Cash at 1701 Babcock where I spoke to the manager Annette explained my situation and to my surprise she told me what to do and to suggest it to my speedy Cash down the street. Well i did and the manager at the Fair Ave. Store basically said right from the start " oh I would be able to help you but our service center we call and use closed at 6" upset and angry I called Annette back retold the story and she immediately called corporate on the other line and spoke to someone in corporate. I got a new card and had access to my money within minutes. I am so thankful that Speedy Cash has people that love and KNOW their job because I will never use the one on Fair Ave. Again 2 times I was disappointed. Mind you I live on the Southside of San Antonio and there's a speedy Cash 3 blocks away but I now will only do to Babcock location. Thank you Annette for all you did. Sincerely, Christina”

I understand that they have to make money and will make it through the interest but fortunately there's people that can payoff the loan early and will save money. Well this folks instead what they are doing is dividing the money that I already paid into 18month loan term instead of closing the account for paying off early. Please be aware and read carefully the terms which by the way the loan terms don't say or mention in their clause that they will penalize for paying early or divide the payments according to the loan month term.”
