The two woman there were extremely hostile and threatening. They accused me of bringing a illegitimate check. They told me they had to confirm it with our owner. I got our owner on the phone and told them they could also reach her at our store number. when i pulled up our website with our store number they then Refused to call it because it wasn't the number they had on file! (The number that they had on file, they wouldn't release the information of where they got it because it definitely wasn't from any paperwork I provided) which doesn't make sense since our store number has been the same for years! They then called the bank to confirm with them which took them nearly twenty minutes. Of course they confirmed it to be real. They then proceeded to lie and tell me this would never happen again because they will only ever do this once. This has happened multiple times already. With one time being because they said the numbers looked smudged (completely ridiculous and not true!) Today is July 3rd 2019 I went there around 5:20 pm and I will never be returning. The main gentlemen (manager) that is normally there always provides exceptional service. Every time he hasn't been there the staff are never welcoming! I really hope you take this review and use it to help retrain your staff on how to handle customers properly! Also right next to me they cashed a man's check with out Picture ID please look into that! All he provided was a speedy Cash card. He refused to give them his ID and they just cashed it! He was in and out In less than five minutes. My ID was present, my boss on the phone, and record of me cashing with them every two weeks for YEARS and I'm the one that's getting trouble!”

Her warming smile, professionalism, and expertise in financial service is always a pleasure when doing business with Cindy. Cindy goes above and beyond whenever I have tax questions and thourough in guiding me through IRS helpful resources. Her knowledge reflects considering she always has the answers for me. If she dont she will take the time to find the answer and jokingly I have manage to be that customer who trips her up taking up 3 hours of her time due to complications resulting from last year. But like always she got the job done exceeding my expectations with her superb problem solving skills and customer satisfaction. I will say this is not your typical tax and finance service, I have never had such a pleasurable experience when dealing with Cindy and her staff.
