What a joke, you go online to make a payment or payoff your account and it brings you in a circle which never allow you to log in. They claim there are issues but it has been that way for months. I think that they do that to so that they can charge you fee or cost you more money. I called in and I made the payment with the corp office, I called the local office at 10:30 am and no one would answer the should have been open at 9:30 am so I drove over and no one was there. The lady that took my payment was cluless about her job other that taking a payment. They report to the credit bureau as your account is closed and not paid off which will affect your credit. I tried to get some answers for the lady that took my payment and she was not nice about it. I paid off my account she talk to me as if I was a child and talked over me and not let me finish what I was asking. Her answer was to forward me back to the branch where no one was at to get my answer and I have called up there before and they have no ideal on anything. This company needs to train there employees better then what I have experience.”

Title companies in Texas are are supposed to be a neutral party in the transaction - they are basically there just to facilitate the transaction the buyer and seller agreed to in the contract. I have personally been involved in hundreds, if not thousands, of home sales using title companies and this was by far the worst experience. I’m convinced Carmen Williams and Megan English have either never read the standard Texas home sale contract or they just don’t understand it (or they don’t act as a true neutral party - which would be an ethics violation of their license). Carmen actually flat out refused to help me order a new survey when the contract said I had every right to at the sellers expense. I’m sure this title company is perfectly fine if your agent is personally affiliated with them but they are the reason I will never again go with the “sellers choice” title company when I’m on the buy side of the transaction without personally interviewing the escrow officer.”
