She didn’t state who she was or why she was calling when she called my references, and she didn’t speak to each of them before denying my application. When I asked why she didn’t talk with them, she said they didn’t answer. My cousin can verify that she answered, and Amber hung up and did not call back. I don’t understand how you take someone through the steps of contacting their friends and family, and then you deny it without even speaking to all of the references. When I asked this, Amber’s tone was very harsh and rude with her response for me to wait until I received a letter in the mail to verify why I wasn’t accepted. It seems like everyone has better luck with the reps that work in the office. This was a very disappointing experience. Amber could do better, even when someone is denied.”
