    This place will rip you off if you use the atm. Or your credit or debit card inside the store. They claim they don't know about the ATM. But they own it. I made a purchuse. With my debit card I got two fraudulent charges relate to their store. They use a electronic system at the register where they can view the balance of your account. That is a known but illegal practice. No one has the right to check your account balance on any financial institution of yours without your authorization. Furthermore I used the ATM and it got me for 2 transactions. Which were returned to my account. The machine has no money in it don't use it.they are just stealing your banking info.my bank has already identified them as the culprit. Cal(QUICK STOP )on a transaction Be aware. If your getting charges you don't recognize start your investigation here at the quick stop. unrecognizable . Charges started after you either used their ATM or used your credit card in the store.

    Highly recommended! Very efficient and convenient service, and the notary herself was professional and friendly. She was able to meet me close to my home. The website is also great—very polished and easy to navigate, so I was able to set up an appointment without issue.

    Waited for 1.5 hours to sign closing papers. This title company closes for at least 4 companies, so they were understaffed and RUDE!! Did not care about their clients. When the lender called and asked for docs they said that they were too busy and hoped to have them by midnight. Since the lender isn’t open until midnight, docs will have to be resigned and closing will again be delayed. On top of all that- they did not even care and were rude!!! I have closed many files, and never had to leave a review like this. Terrible.

    Did not pay me for my notary services. To be specific it was the Cypress TX office. Be wary if your a notary. If the signer, has a problem with the loan and or any problems Executive Signing Agents will not pay.

    They had the hardest time doing their job in a timely manner, and Lynn Sullivan hung up on me. I had to get my attorney involved for them to actually do their job. Would never recommend. I am letting my realtor friends know this so they don't work with them. I hope she gets fired.

    We're new to South Texas and the representative signed us up for a 5% deductible with TWIA. We hadn't even moved in and the small hurricane Robert tore up the roof and now TWIA is awarding $29,000 vs the $45,000 deductible. So basically I am out of pocket for whole new roof when the Broker should have educated me on how the deductible would be far greater than a new roof and how roofs are most likely to be damaged in this part of Texas. Really bad advice or really no advice from someone that has a lot more experience than a new resident.

    Horrible experience working with this title company. Took 3 weeks to get back earnest money check after turning in termination. 3 weeks of me having to call and email, until I had to go to office and file a police report.

    We purchased a home last summer (May 2021) and Patriot Title failed to pay our HOA a community fee of $1876. Patricia Todar /Northwest office was our closer. She has acknowledged the mistake in multiple emails. Till this day, we have not received the payment. We are now facing collections and multiple late fees. We’ve tried escalating to JUDI WILLIAMS / VINTAGE PARK OFFICE but everyone has been hush on this issue with no response. We plan to take further Legal action. I do not recommend Patriot title. 0 stars

    BEWARE!! This place is DISHONEST and UNETHICAL. They take advantage of those who do not speak English or are elderly (as is the case of my mother) and charge exorbitant fees. I spoke to the owner, Dunia, and she was very rude and hung up the phone. Dunia, Shame on you!! Don't you feel bad for taking advantage of the helpless!!

    Buyer/Seller/Realtor BEWARE*** We were negatively impacted by the work of this Title Company. As a downstream transaction we were left homeless due to an incomplete paperwork signing process for our buyer. This delayed the funding of our transaction from Friday to the following Monday. Our realtor had to hound them to complete the process appropriately, but to no avail, too much time was lost. Those looking for an extremely stressful moving process compounded by a ‘Great American Delay’ may enjoy their services.

    This was my 1st time closing at this title company, I hope it will be my last. I'm a Realtor the closer name was Patti. I walked into the closing room she never acknowledged me, nor did she look up. I had to introduce myself and ask her, her name then she finally " Small talked as needed". I still smiled and tried to make light conversation because I'm a very happy and energetic person. She did light talk with my buyers which was good. I was suppose to receive my wire that same day, I never did. I emailed the next morning and Informed the escrow agent I never received my wire this was 9:00am, she said she would call back after she finished what she was working on. I never got a call back. So I called back at 11:00am and spoke to Michael which he said I would have it in 30 mins. Millennium Title company will never get my personal business, we only closed here bc it was through a builder. They need to wok on their customer service, being personable and their follow through with their Real Estate agents. I just like my business wasn't appreciated there at all, and that is never good if you wish to stay in business long term.
