She needs to take a class on how to talk to people on the phone because I thought it was pretty ignorant on her part. She asked me for references and I got a family and friends they never called anyone in my family because I speak with them on a daily basis never even called my place of the employment. So I can say I appreciate them allowing me to have a loan but I don’t appreciate that manager yelling and screaming and hollering at me like I was an animal 🙄🙄🙄”
