They stated they had issues with their system going down and I totally understood this but please come and let the customer know, so they aren't just sitting there. I had to approach 2 or 3 times to ask what was taking so long. Don't get me wrong because they are a great group there and very professional and compassionate. They just let this one slip by them. I have never had an issue with them and once their system came back up, I was out of there really quick. They are the friendliest group you would ever want to meet and gets your paperwork finalized quickly when there are no issues. I have nothing but love for them. I was super tired that day and it was draining me to wait that long. I hadn't eaten or slept much that day, so I was kinda wanting to get through the process a little faster. They are still the best in town! I can attest to that. No hassles about you borrowing. Number one in my book. Thanks ladies!”

I applied for a loan and was initially approved and told I could even go for a higher amount of 4000. The rep told me everything I needed to send and did so. On my way to that location I was told to no longer go due to being denied. How is that even possible when you even offered me even more money.. I headed to the location so they can explain to me as to why. The manager Tina Castillo not only had her door locked way before 6pm she was extremely rude. she came outside with an attitude stated as to why I was there. I just wanted a response as to why I was denied after sending everything that was needed. she said well you have horrible credit etc etc .. I called another branch told them if they could see my account. they were shock and didn't understand why it was voided out and by the looks of it I had great credit and everything was great so I went to the other location and got the loan. I would recommend a change of staff or manager which is supposed to set a good example to employees... this situation was unacceptable customer service”
