Do not,, based on my personal experience,, take and leave the phone's box. They throw away your box and cannibalize, gut the innards.. so,, your original charger goes bye bye along with the manuals etc... If you don't ask, they don't care. The same as above (SAA) applies when you take your laptop/notebook in to pawn. If you take it in a bag, sometimes your nice leather case gets "thrown away." So, if you take in your 💻 to pawn, ensure the clerk seran-wraps your power supply and the accessories to your laptop. Otherwise, the SAA will be encountered. You will be out your computer bag. The front door has a Google sticker that states, "Rate us." Well, here it is baby.”

I guess she doesn't realize that it's us (the customers) that make it possible for her to be there. Once I finish paying my loan off, I will not be going there anymore.”

Thanks GECU for always keeping your atms in good condition. Now I have a negative quantity in my checking and I’m trying to reach customer service but you guys are always “Busy”. BTW if you don’t want to loose your money don’t come here.”

I stopped at east side location on two separate occasions and neither day was he welcoming or friendly. The first time he seemed sleepy, tired and not wanting to be at work. Second time better but not totally customer service oriented. Now, Mr. Marc Gutierrez, he helped me with paperwork, was friendly, welcoming, and attentive. He made the rate of the 4 stars to Sierra Title. Office was clean and fresh. Office and desks had sanitizer bottles and glass shield for protection. Thank you for that.”
