We closed on Wednesday. A week later they still have not wired the closing money to our bank. This means that though we sold our home we still own on a home we no longer own. It also means that Valley Land and Title is able to collect interest off the money that they are holding from the sale of our house. This is not right. We have reached out to them and are only told that we are next in line to get paid. Stay away from them.”
