At 1:00, told it was pushed back to 2:30. Then we weren't told anything, just sat in the office waiting and waiting and waiting. At 5:15, we were finally able to sign papers. We stood around the counter in the title office, no accommodations made for us to sit or any room made for us to sign at the counter. I had to shove newspapers and other random items out of the way to make room to sign the legal-size documents. The woman who conducted the closing was brusque and unfriendly. The other 2 young ladies in the office were very friendly and did their best to see that we were attended to. After waiting for over 4 hours (not to mention the 3-hour drive up there and back), the signing process took less than 10 minutes. Very shoddy business practices.”
