Oh have to add they called me 27 minutes before appointment and I live 26 minutes away so ready on my way In reply to one main's: The was on how your reps treated this matter. I thought I was approved and drove into town only to be told no and the voice message left after I was driving and I spoke with a rep night before and she never called back. I felt miss treated by your reps. They call 6 hours later and said they may be able to work something out. But why not try when I was there. I tried to offer options when I was there and she wouldn't be able to help. I feel after I posted complaint is when someone wanted to look at options.”

I am selling a property and was in a sales contract being brokered by this company. They let everyone think the buyer put earnest money in escrow to initiate this deal. The buyer never put any money anywhere - at all. They pulled out of the deal a day after we were supposed to close, after my waiting 30 days, and forfeited escrow. The issue is - thanks to American Land Title the escrow is completely empty. Meanwhile I packed up my whole house and made plans to be 3 states away this summer and now I'm stuck trying to sell still. Be smart, don't use this title company. If you do, check them with a lie detector - they are neglegent and practically fraudulent.”

I had to pick up a debit card on Saturday and the lady that helped me didn’t even bother to check my D.L. and gave me someone else’s debit card. I was left with no funds all weekend and when I go to talk to them on Monday all they had to say was that we’re all humans and make mistakes. And tried to make things better by giving me a $10 gift card. What a joke!”

DO NOT take a loan from this man, he will take everything you have, slap on a fresh coat of paint and ruin the next life that is foolish enough to trust him.”
