Management does not care about their employees or offer any kind of advancement opportunities nor do they believe in employee appreciation which is why the turnover is so high. EVERYTIME you walk in there's a new face. They start you so low in pay and you will STILL be at that pay rate years down the road. No regard for the hard working employees that show up and keep the store running while offering exceptional customer service to the Soddy Daisy residents. The loan process also is a joke. They process automatic payments if you take out a payday loan the day it is due before you can even go in and pay and re write if you need to. They bombard you with calls every day. It's a broken process and I wouldn't recommend going here for ANYTHING!”
