I went in to cash my check and the manager Deb was helping another woman at the time it was already close to 6 and Deb was so patient and calm with not only myself but the other customer as well. She was helpful explaining in detail the loan to the woman and her expected payment dates and even gave the lady her personal card to call if any more questions! She was just as cheery and helpful with me when it was almost an hour past closing time! I recommend this location to anyone! So glad they brought in a new staff!”

They called wanting to know when I would have my payment told them my next paycheck (9 days). They said they didn't care that they would be trying to take it again before then. Told them wasn't anything on my account that all they would be doing is putting me further behind cause I'd get a NSF charge. "Not their problem". Place use to have good people working there now their all garbage.”
