    “I don't like the fact that I paid a huge chunk of bills on a Friday early that morning and when Saturday came, they didn't post. So I guess they don't update on weekends. I hate that because I need to be assured of the left over money. I also don't like the new deposit thing where it does show up immediately even if its before 9 pm. I made a deposit at Bank of America on Saturday and it posted and the payment posted ton Sunday. They need to change this.”

I called to make a payment and when I informed the lady I was busy at work and didn't want to have a conversation she thought it was cute to keep putting me on hold. It took me almost 30 mins to make a simple payment because she chose to play on the phone. I even told her to have a nice day and her responce was to hang up on me. Never do buisness with these childish people. They need to fire all of them and start over fresh.”
