Some of these managers were somewhat helpful but none gave the service that Catherine has. She really cares for customers. This caring shows by the way she discusses the qualifications with such professional and kind way. I am very proud to say that I feel as if she is more than a manager but more like a friend. There have times that I give been late but she does not harness she simply asks why and if there is anything that she do to help catch the loan payment up. I really feel very comfortable about Working with this company and especially with Catherine.”

Ken calls every single day but will also reach out to other branches to call you if you get a loan thru them. Ken also will call family members informing them that you have debt with the company and ask how to get in contact with you which crosses many boundaries legally. Not only did I pay Lendmark 900 after loosing my job to Covid in March to be caught up on my loan for the month of April but they will not even work with you if you try to negotiate lower payments, I even received an attorney letter one time and was threatened by ken the beginning of this year if that tells you how awful he is as a manager and representation of this company, but currently I receive calls from multiple branches from Andrew in west Columbia at the same time Ken from Lexington calls within minutes of each other stating Joe the VP also needs to speak with me regarding a payment for one month… I believe this is a form of harassment. do not ever get a loan with Lendmark.. please call consumer affairs and get info on a complaint because Lendmark has 20 listed on the website to help educate yourself on who to go thru.”
