Five day holds on pay checks, unresponsive branch and call center, and I've been trying to get a home equity loan with them I filed two months ago and and they haven't gotten back to me yet even after several calls. This bank clearly doesn't care about its customers. Go elsewhere, you'll be happy you did.”

    “This branch (East Greenwich) has more problems than I have ever seen. Other locations are fine but this one is a mess!! Poor management and terrible customer service. Drive up atm is constantly broken. This is the third time I have tried to use it and had a problem. Extremely frustrating. Complained on the phone and was told they would “make a note of it” well I made a note for you!!!”
