    “Cashier was from a different branch, and the other tellers trying to help her were absolutely rude and disrespectful to me, basically telling me I was lying and that the multiple times Ive done a specific transaction it was a “manager override”. Disgusted with the service of this location ever since the pandemic started. Will never come back to this branch again and am seriously considering closing my account with onPoint. I came to onPoint because they’re supposed to be nicer than banks and treat you like a family, but at any point when I come to this location I leave disgusted with the service. I WILL be closing my account with this credit union due to the way their workers treat you. Stay away from this location unless you want to leave feeling like you’re absolutely stupid!”

They did not actual carry my home loan but he was willing to look up the number and give me lots of helpful information. He could have said sorry wrong bank but he went above and beyond. Makes me want to change banks. Such great customer service.”
