    “HORRIBLE customer service!!! Went in today to check on some things, guy working the counter was rude, unhelpful, and had a horrible attitude. Even asking to speak to someone higher up, he still followed around with a snarky attitude and was majorly lacking customer service skills. Been a customer here for years, and I will not be back again due to this experience. It's one thing to get bad news at a business, it's another to be disrespectful during the transaction. If your looking for good service, I would highly suggest going somewhere else. It's too bad too, the owner is a nice guy, but clearly has hired very bad staff.”
