    “I used to be a member when it was Portland Teachers Credit Union and it was great. I have been a member of Onpoint for around 10 years and I have watched them change from the credit union I used to know to a much more ambitious bank. I use the term "bank" because it feels to me like that is what they aspire to become. They are going through a huge expansion by replacing Chase in the Fred Meyer stores. They have become much meaner in enforcing penalty fees and punitive policies when the industry trend is going in the opposite direction. Go ahead and become like the big banks and cause you founders to roll over in their graves. I will find a real community credit union to join.”

    “This is the worst company to go through dont do it no matter what I bought a car through them had a car accident that caused my car to be totaled they first offered to not sell me the car then changed their mind and said yes just as I thought everything was going great a year later I have a worthless title which i know have to get a new registration, title and tags bc the whole agreement of them taking care of that went out the window I had to pay fees after my insurance payed off the car that were going towards the fees of dealing with the dmv and everything only to find out all this was for nothing”
