They will charge for a cashier's check. But of you use bill pay, they will mail a payment for you. I have been trying to use this method, but for some reason, the post office delivers the payments to the wrong address, causing late fees for my rent check, or over drafting my account when a check from 1 month earlier finally goes through. I have received multiple over draft fees. Enough that I have fallen behind on several bills. I do not like to be forced to pay a fee for passing my bills. I will be closing my account, and going through another bank. Bad customer service. I’ve been doing business with this bank for about 7-8 years now. Umpqua bank, or maybe it’s just this branch of the bank, is by far the best I have ever dealt with. Usually I’m in a state of anxiety before entering a bank. Banks are usually a pain in the A$$. But not the Umpqua branch in Bandon, they are very different. I honestly think it’s because it’s almost entirely employed by women. They bring the human element and compassion to banking. I don’t know how that’s possible, but that’s what they do. I love ❤️ this bank. I will never do business with any other bank, ever. Thank you 🙏 all at Bandon Umpqua bank 🏦 You are the kindest and the best in the world.”
