($500) Then after she enrolled me in the card I didn't want I was charged another $5 activation fee for the card. Poor attitude and service plus a rip off. 0 stars from me.”

Apparently you have to have an 750 credit score for their overdraft, and after you’re denied they will use your savings as overdraft instead. When I bring it up people in member services like ALYSSA ROACH they will down play your concerns and say “we’ll I’ve been a member and employee for 11 years and never had problems.” Like of course you’re not going to have problems when all of red crown knows you and you work there. Lmao. These people are soooo out of touch with reality it is unreal. The debit cards constantly have issues and won’t work when you go to use them. DO NOT BANK HERE. They will also make you go through hell to close the account. Never again. Every single branch of red crown is absolutely awful. THEY DO NOT HAVE SUFFICIENT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY DO NOT CARE OF THEIR MEMBERS.THEY DELETE AND REMOVE NEGATIVE COMMENTS AS WELL.”

Meaning even if you paid on time but didn't pay your late fee off completely they will charge you another late fee. The best part is they won't tell you they're going to do this. It isn't stated in the contract. Both the office person and regional manager acted like they didnt know why another late fee was applied. In there defense they are both new. There is always someone new. Turn over there is crazy. I've done business with them and other local loan companies for years. PERFECT PAYING CUSTOMER HERE. WELL until last month. NO ONE else does this! THEY ARE THE DIRTIEST SHADIEST LENDERS IN TOWN. . . NO DOUBT.... STAY AWAY FROM CASH SECURITY. I SHOULD HAVE LISTENED TO THE NUMEROUS PEOPLE IN TOWN THAT WARNED ME.. OH LETS NOT FORGET THEY ARE THE MOST SUE HAPPY lenders in town! Horrible business. Last Troy pretty much every other loan company in town gives their customers money for referring some to them...”
