I made my monthly payment late and didn’t include the late fee so I received collection calls telling me my account was past due. Apparently if you don't pay your late fee (I didn't make it before they closed that day so late fee was assessed but I had already got money order for payment and was going to pay late fee the following month) your account is in collection status. They filed a small claim the first part of December because I hadn’t paid my late fee for October and wasn't able to pay my Nov 22nd payment until I got paid again in December. Also, I had an issue with a manager and asked to speak to a supervisor. They gave me the number to Tracy. She is very rude, hateful and unprofessional! I’m sure the owners would be embarrassed at her representation of the company! If you want a professional company who is willing to work with you and not chastise like Tracy did me you when you have a financial hardship go to Rogers County Loan or anywhere but there!”
