We are remodeling our house and they REFUSE to let us spend our own money. They put a $500 limit on my card and force me to call in and raise the limit every single time I go shopping. The first time it happened was so embarrassing! Getting declined at the grocery store with plenty of money in the bank! The finally straw was today. I raised my limit to $10000 to shop for the remodel and they just called to tell me they cancelled it. They lowered it to $1000. One sink is $1000! I can't even spend my own money!!!!! I'm honestly scared. UPDATE: We haven't had a chance to move our money yet. We went on vacation and had our cards decline, we have no idea why. We can't even call the bank because they have no service on the weekends. We hadn't spent any money and I have plenty of money. These people are halting my remodel and destroying our vacation. The most terrible people I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. UPDATE: I started pulling all of our money out of the bank and they charged us an excessive withdrawal fee!!!! Update: we finally got all of our money out of the account and the bank teller was unbelievably rude! SHE RAISED HER VOICE AT ME, talked over me, and insulted me when I asked for proof the account was closed. No paperwork!”
