A paper on the door said they were closed until 1:30 pm. I came back at 3:30 the same day. The lobby was closed, a lady came to the front door and said I could use the drive thru to get my stuff taken care of. I wait 20 minutes in the drive thru and the lady tells me she can't help me and I need to come into the lobby to make an appointment. So I can't take care of my overdraft today? And I'll be charged $35 per day if I don't fix it? Sounds like a scam. Luckily I called Wells Fargo and they said I need to make a cash deposit. The lady there could have just said that. The lady who came to the front door knew what I needed and should have just asked me to make an appointment or told me to make a cash deposit instead of wasting my time. But what do you expect from WF employees I guess. Update: their ATM isn't working. This has to be some kind of joke.”
