They did 2 timeline extensions. The preliminary title report was NOT done in a timely manner because they were "too busy". Took 7 weeks to close. Didn't return telephone calls. We were told late in the process they were running 3 to 4 weeks behind. Never bothered to tell us in the beginning! Final documents had several major errors that needed to be fixed prior to final closing. Also, told just prior to closing there was an additional expense for a Notary. I said "Hell NO"! We went to one of the Stewart Title Company offices in Reno where they fixed everything in a very professional manner without additional expenses. NEVER use the Winnemucca office! If there was a "0" rating I would give that!”

A total joke for modern era finance and doesn't even achieve base-level internet standards. A freshman CS student could make a better version of their "app". Their hours are not helpful for anyone who works a standard 9-5 week. Since they close early and aren't open on the weekends. Terrible support. Used this bank for auto loan based on a local recommendation, despite being hesitant because they seemed outdated. Shoulda known. BTW they aren't even FDIC insured. (The helpful and nice employees are easily 5 stars though).”

I think they must go out and chop the tree make their own paper and ink and hand print and walk it from the corporate office. Save yourself the unneeded stress. Go work at McDonald's!”
